COVID-19 & SHIPPING IMPACT

We are still open, operational, and shipping parcels out to Canada, the USA, and internationally. Packages may encounter delays due to increases in parcel screening, processing, volume, and increased security measures following the Covid-19 pandemic. USPS, Canada Post, and Asendia have all released statements concerning this matter.

Our shop and Chitchats Express (the shipping company we process all of our packages through) are committed to continuing to get your packages out to you securely and safely.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process, during which time we will alert you that we have made a note of your order and are working on fulfilling it. Following that, we'll ship it out to you ASAP.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped:

  • USA: 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, some delays may occur due to postal backlogs caused by Covid-19
  • CANADA: 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, some delays may occur due to postal backlogs caused by Covid-19.

International Shipping Delays: 

  • International shipping delivery times may vary between 22 to 75 business days due to customs processing delays caused by Covid-19. This is entirely dependant on the speed of your locals customs authority, and is entirely out of our control.

 

Where do you ship from? My parcel has an American return address.

We ship using a Canadian courier called Chit Chats Express that is partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Asendia. All American and International orders go through them, hence the American return address on some parcels.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of Canada and the US?

We do indeed! We currently accept orders from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Japan, Malaysia, and South Korea.

Sometimes international parcels get held at customs. While we do our best to provide all the necessary information, there is nothing we can do about expediting customs clearance.

 

Will I be charged duties and customs fees?

Orders being sent to Canada and the USA will not be charged duties or customs fees. International orders may incur duties and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate your duties and taxes for you.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All items are final sale. If product arrives damaged, please provide us with a photograph and a detailed description at sales@13thpress.com. If you're unsatisfied with your product due to a defect, please contact us and we will organize a means of making a return or exchange happen.

 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

This store is powered by Shopify, widely considered one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world, and all payments are processed through them and Paypal Express. You can read more about PCI compliance and Shopify's security here.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If something is missing, damaged, or just plain wrong please contact us. We'll get back to you and will work on resolving the matter to your satisfaction ASAP.
